Fiqh al Mu’amalat refers to the Islamic rulings related to day to day financial transactions. Apart from the food and beverage being halal or lawful, in Shari’ah even our business dealings shall comply with the principles of halal and haram. This is mandatory if we wish to find our good deeds have become accepted and eligible for reward on the Day of Judgement.

This course covers the fundamentals of contracts and transactions in Islamic law. Also, the course discusses the major prohibitions by Islamic law, which invalidate financial contracts. Additionally, the course explains the contracts that have been used for Islamic banking products and services.

The course will be in Bangla, however the course materials are in English for the ease of larger audience sector across the globe.
